I think it's a @nprofile…t0kr feature
I collaborated with Sam Callahan to analyze bitcoin’s correlation with global broad money supply.
The result was that it had higher directional correlation to money supply than other asset classes, at 83%.
We also looked at indicators for when bitcoin is more likely to deviate from liquidity. In other words, what’s usually going on in that other 17%. The answer, generally, is that the asset is coming down after major periods of extreme sentiment.

因为接电话的根本没有决定权纯纯挡枪或者当枪的角色🤣,更何况有决定权的推责都来不及呢😇疫情三年这种情况不胜枚举……
What is my preferred #NOSTR client? It’s @npub1n0s…k6h0. Download it and check it out! @npub1us9…q4g0 is currently testing an integration with Nostur that will make it feel like 𝕏 Spaces.
Just said “nothing stops this train” on Fox Business live. ;)

It's good but I wish these were longer. Feels like half a song.

I’m just curious how one goes about bricking one.
I keep pushing back on two types of NPCs:
1) The right-leaning type of NPC that thinks all the inflation occurred because of the Biden Administration. Price inflation comes with a lag from money-printing, which began under Trump and continued under Biden, but materialized under Biden. That's why I was writing about upcoming inflation in 2020 and continued doing so in 2021 and thereafter.
2) The left-leaning type of NPC that thinks "price gouging corporations" are causing the inflation and that price controls are an answer. A casual reading of history would refute this, any easy check on public SEC filings would demonstrate this, etc. So it's like, "no, the grocery store with 1.4% net profit margins is not the cause of your food price woes, madam."
It's not so much that I get annoyed by people not knowing things. There's a million things I don't know. What I do find mildly frustrating is when people are so confidentially sure of a position that they have almost zero knowledge in.
Someone who's obsessed with cold plunges, I guess.
Kind of.

Omg. Feels like we need a series of these. Boomers, GenX, Millennials, and GenZ.
I disagree, youtube is a private company, they can do as they please. Porn is a social virus, we must reject it. One of the reasons I left Twitter not too long ago was because everday all the profiles that were following me were porn.
And that only happened after deceiver Elon took over.
Have a good one.
“What would Morpheus do?”
It’s not an unreasonable question for our timeline.
Yes there is! @npub18am…p424 at @npub1us9…q4g0 is testing a solution through TestFlight a new integration to @npub1n0s…k6h0 client that behaves similar to 𝕏 spaces. I believe @npub1eaz…rcgz is doing the same as well!

I built my PC like 8 years ago or something, and kept all the boxes for the spare parts for like 7 years and never needed them, so eventually during spring cleaning I just chucked them out. I was like “this big box of boxes does not spark joy.”
And then… that’s when I finally need a spare part. Today I go to install a second M.2 drive and realize I have no spare motherboard screws on hand.

A lot of people say they are in favor of market forces, but then if the market goes in a direction that they disagree with then they think the market was wrong or it was rigged and needs to be managed now.
A bad development for the Tornado Cash case, which has implications for bitcoin-based privacy tools as well.

I like how this St Louis Fed post blames people for banks’ failings.
Flip it around. Banks irresponsibly created way more claims for gold than they had gold, kept defaulting, and lost trust. So the government made gold illegal to own for like 40 years.
There was no “shortage” of gold in the Great Depression. There was an excessive amount of fraudulent promises for gold, made by commercial banks and central banks.

Good morning M⚡️
I hope you have a nice day fren
Already watched that one.
When it comes to all fiction you consume (books, shows, movies), do you tend to remember the villain or the hero more, many years later?
Here are some variables to consider:
-Characters and concepts that stuck with you personally, for years.
-Memorable quotes or images.
-Iconic characters. Archetypes. Things you want to replicate.
-Roles that were so fucking well-acted that it can't be topped, and thus brought out the full complexity of the character.
Clarifications prior to answering:
-Villains include very bad folks that turn good at the end (e.g. Darth Vader). Partial goodness is often part of good villain design.
-Heroes include clear anti-heroes from the first act of the story (e.g. Han Solo). Partial badness is often part of good hero design.
Well I’m always insecure. But my point here is to show his frame is secure.
shitcoin pivots are like watching someone step in poo in the park, and suddenly change direction.
which I guess can be funny as long as you don’t like them.
I have not. Is there something about it you want to emphasize?
Yes. Ideas spread in a viral fashion. Eduction via humor in bite-sized amounts, in addition to long-form education.
It could take some time, but yeah.
If there are super high quality free agents, businesses would be disadvantaged if they don't' hire them. It doesn't matter their gender or race or sexual orientation/identity. Me and many others would try to scoop them up.
Gm.
I spent my evenings writing 30,000 words of science fiction over the past week.
Definitely fun, and the most fiction I’ve ever written. Prior to this I would write like a sample chapter, whereas this was like 8 chapters.

One of the few movies I’m looking forward to is the second Joker movie, but I have concerns that they’ll fuck it up.

I’ve met Peter Schiff in person a few times.
He is super chill, friendly, usually sun-tanned on vacation with chad vibes, etc. He’s trolling us.
He might be our industry’s most prolific troll, but ultimately he is just that: consciously trolling us.
His only argument is that bitcoin has no “intrinsic value” while meanwhile I’m active in two continents and am thankful that my multi-signature money isn’t attached to either one of them like gold would be. He has no answer for this. Bitcoin is the best at what gold can’t do: be globally accessible.
He’s famous from two decades ago, is rich and happy, and wants to sell gold. He is closed to Bitcoin intellectually but is happy to engage with bitcoiners that give him marketing. He’s a Puerto Rico chad. That’s who bitcoiners debate against; someone who is going for marketing and is happy for the engagement.
