La Gran Logia de Italia de los Antiguos, Libres y Aceptados Masones se une al duelo universal por el fallecimiento del Papa Francisco, pastor que con su enseñanza y su vida encarnó los valores de la fraternidad, la humildad y la búsqueda de un humanismo planetario. Proveniente del “fin del mundo”, Jorge Mario Bergoglio fue capaz de cambiar la Iglesia, trayendo a nuestros días la enseñanza revolucionaria de San Francisco de Asís.
En este momento de duelo, nuestra Comunión quiere rendir homenaje a la visión del Papa Francisco, cuya obra se caracteriza por una profunda resonancia con los principios de la masonería: la centralidad de la persona, el respeto a la dignidad de cada individuo, la construcción de una comunidad solidaria, la búsqueda del bien común. Su encíclica Fratelli tutti representa un manifiesto. Libertad, Igualdad y Fraternidad es el triple valor de la Masonería. Superar las divisiones, las ideologías y el pensamiento único para reconocer la riqueza de las diferencias y construir una humanidad unida en la diversidad, esto es lo que Francisco deseaba ardientemente, y la Gran Logia de Italia persigue el mismo plan.
El Papa Francisco ha sabido conjugar fe y razón, dimensiones complementarias de la experiencia humana, renovando el principio anselmiano del “credo ut intélligam”. Una fe capaz de cuestionarse, de acoger la duda y de dialogar, que encontramos también en el método iniciático masónico, fundado en un camino libre de dogmas, sostenido por la búsqueda incesante de la verdad.
El pontificado de Francisco ha puesto en el centro a los más desfavorecidos [en el original: gli ultimi], junto con el cuidado del planeta y una ética del desarrollo fundada en la dignidad humana. También esto se encuentra en la construcción masónica del “Templo Interior”, basada en la tolerancia, la solidaridad y la resistencia contra el odio y la ignorancia, y encuentra una profunda correspondencia en la obra pastoral de Bergoglio, quien con su “revolución dulce” ha demostrado que la humildad y el diálogo son instrumentos de auténtica fuerza. En la estela de la “Economía de Francisco” y de la visión de una “casa común”, la masonería sostiene el compromiso por un futuro sostenible, justo y solidario.
En este momento de graves problemas críticos, la Gran Logia de Italia ose encuentra en el llamado del Papa Francisco a una “conciencia planetaria” que reconozca a la humanidad como una comunidad de destino. Honramos su memoria continuando nuestro trabajo por una ética del límite, por el respeto al otro y por la construcción de un Templo fundado men la solidaridad, la libertad de pensamiento y la fraternidad universal.

I think yea. The hitman is absolutely violating the NAP, but you aren’t. You’re doing something else that I’m pretty sure would get you ostracized or penalized in any Ancapistan, just like trespassing and contract violation isn’t a NAP transgression, but is (voluntarily) agreed to be verboten anyway.

But as a nostrich, I would argue there is more to it.
I would argue freedom starts in our mind. And freedom does not simply exist in every vacuum of authority I would argue.
I would suggest trying Bitcoin and Nostr is more like to let go. To accept and understand, that some things inherently are out of control.
I think our conservative part of the brain always needs control in order to feel save. This is fine as long as we request control over things we influence.
But probably most people sometimes think to want to have control over things outside their reach. Like to lower all risks on horrible terror attacks.
Everyone can understand the intention to want this security. But every reasonable mind understands, that terrerists willmalways find ways to be destructives and we can simply not do anything to prevent them. We can only make sure that they meet the consequences for their actions.
And as hard as it is. Sometimes we need to accept, that there is no 100% security. No matter how much we want it.
And I think open protocols help to understand this. And offer a solution through freedom. They showcase, that most people act nonviolent. And when no one is forced to follow accounts that post disgusting stuff. When no economic incentives are there, free choice can really heal our societies mistakes.
We do not need more control. We need more trust. And let things flow, where we have no influence. And on the other side we need to influence more on things we actually have some influence.

“Code” is just a file in a computer, just like music, photos etc. copying it does not damage or erase the original, so it fits more the definition of an idea than property. If it can be perfectly replicated it’s not scarce, and property exists to deal with scarcity only, not convenience or other arbitrary cases.
This is one of the reasons why Bitcoin is a big deal, digital scarcity was basically nonexistent before blockchains.

But nostr is small. Other users will profit more from a meaningful comment, a reference or a reaction.
Bringing meaningful interaction to nostr will help more than playing around with some meaningless grains of money.
