Probably batch banning IPs for non compliant providers - I did read that Mullvad are already able to get around that, so no issue. A VPS with my own vpn software installed would do the trick, just as easily.

Just putting out there, while these adverts are certainly evil, they're not for you and me. They're for a particular breed of people that can't think 24 hours ahead. And you can't help those people; they have to help themselves and they're wholly uninterested.

They could have stripped the red tape away and taken proper control. We could have undercut the EU at every opportunity and turned Britain in to a thriving nation of builders and exporters but no...no, instead we get more state control, more nonsense, more rules, more regulations, more taxes, less growth, less motivation. That's a smart plan - I've had to give up the shared allotment I was on, I've not been able to get down there since I put my back out. I was suggesting plastic bottles filled with water and string in the top, leading to the ground. In theory, the water should travel from the bottle to the plants.
