(Oh, and this might be helpful: I agree more than disagree with the majority of SSPX's claims. The difference is that I'm still in a place where I can hopefully, in my own small way, move things forward in a positive direction. The FSSP is still in, fighting the good fight. But SSPX? DQ'd themselves on the self-own.)

It depends. There are ways to disagree. There are ways to move in other directions. Formally, though, if the pope demands obedience of an individual or group, including censure and/or excommunication (which was at play at one point for the SSPX, as well as the now-reconciled FSSP branch)... you do what the pope says.
Mentally, I always go back to St. Teresa of Avila: "St. Teresa knew in her heart that the visions were truly from Christ, yet out of obedience she performed the gesture when the Lord next appeared [context: her confessor had told her to make a rude "fig" gesture to the apparition of Christ, the equivalent of flicking Jesus off, because he believed her visions to be from the Evil One.] She did so with great interior distress and while silently apologizing to Jesus. It is widely known nowadays that the government and the ones who control this world don't want us to be healthy... so have you ever wondered why they tell you you're gonna burn holes in your eyes if you look at the sun?
It is simply not a coincidence. Sungazing has a wide array of benefits ranging from improved vision, more calmness to even getting smarter and having a higher "iq"
BUT you have to be cautious if you're just starting out. The reason they tell you it will burn your eyes, is because it can if you jump right into it without knowing what precautions to take.
You have to start slow because nowadays we are bombarded with artificial blue light 24/7 from screens, street lights, LED lights which damage your eyes photo receptors making you more sensitive to natural light like the sun.
Start with sungazing for 10 - 30 minutes at sunrise and or sunset where the sun is at the lowest intensity. Add a bit more sungazing time every week, and after a while once you feel comfortable start gazing at higher intensity times like closer to midday.
REMEMBER THIS - the most important thing is to never force it, if you don't feel comfortable doing it, don't force yourself. Take it slow and follow your intuition.
Benefits of sungazing: Improved vision 👁, Less stress, anxiety 📉, Better Vitamin D absorption ☀️, Higher IQ 🧠 (able to think more sharply and clearly)

I took the jump and blew through €200 on makeup. My daughter helped me. 🙈 It has gotten so friggin expensive!!
This isn't the smokey eye, but it's the new palette. Brown mascara, eyeliner, shadow, eyebrow pencil. Copper and rose and espresso shadow. Rose cheeks. Berry lips.
I was worried all of the brown would make me look washed out, but it actually looks much better than the black. I was confused, but looking at the pic I noticed that my hair has gone really gray and that has muted the contrast between skin and hair. Black is out cuz I'm practically a boomer. 😂
