#bitcoin doesn't care what price you pay.

I type the word "interesting" so often and choose it from the autocofk list every time and rarely mean or choose "intersection" but that is what autocofk on android thinks i want. I get "intersection" autocompleted 9 times out of 10, when "interesting" is what I want 999 out of 1000.
and people are worried #AI is going to take over. #bah

You’re already there.
Wait, you’re already dry and back home
Absolutely. Maybe there’s a way to pull the inventory count from my website so I don’t need to update it manually???
The more time you spend on Nostr the more you’ll wonder why you waited so long to abandon Xitter.

Same here, but I like Nicholas Cage about as much as a fart in an elevator.
The whole thing is like a parody of itself, thats why its funny - sort of like how Best in Show is a mockumentary thats funny even if youve never seen a dog show. The characters are so ridiculous it’s almost like Monty Python or something
That’s fancy for Burger King.
Nah its called “The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent”
Nicholas Cage plays a lame actor named Nicholas Cage and parodies several other Nicholas cage movies like Face Off - it’s HILARIOUS
LMAO, and what part of that experience do you consider to be “strictly better” than Nostr?
The whole "markets can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent" is such a blatant threat.
"We can maintain a choke hold on you longer than you can stay alive."
"Irrational" markets are a weapon.
:30
and we we we
think about this
every day
Like the movie where Nicholas Cage plays himself?
Quick! Check and see if the Monopoly guy has a monacle!
Damn, I’m making the case for Ethereum again aren’t I…
You should impose strict filters on content for your free relay. Like auto-truncate notes to 150 characters, only allow certain event kinds.
Idk why more free relays don’t do this
AD is plaintext, yes.
The point of the AD is that it is implied from event context, so kind is just the kind, and scope would be say the d tag or community ID or something else that is already plaintext.
The only currency that lasts is your own mind. Your own mental energy. Everything else is just an attempt to hardcode *that*. Proof of Work blockchain might be the best attempt at hardcoding this value, but it’s still just a game. You’ll eventually be painted into a corner with no choice but to opt out.
The same people adopting bitcoin today will be the same people opting out of it tomorrow.
That’s why regimes kill humans instead of blowing up banks. Human genius is the competing currency, not the technology or tokens.
It's one of my favorite parts of the show. I love it every time.

I remember working in gas turbine control rooms joking about how these controllers from the 90s were peak AI for their time. Now that machine learning algorithms can produce code paths that drastically improve how real-world information can be processed into robotic actions, it's still just AI. I don't really differentiate, but consider it a natural progression of computing.
Basically the narrative of computing in general has always been one of artificial intelligence.
I'm not gonna sexualize a sausage but I definitely see what you're saying.
LM Studio with a local model downloaded from Ollama. They’ll do the job but I’d still go to Claude or ChatGPT to come up with the plan, have them spell it out then feed that to the local.
Technically it would go in my closet where the wine rack is currently sitting.

One of my favorite spots in Canada. Looks like a nice day.
Yes, I made it up.
But that doesn't mean it never happened.
Fore...play...? I think I did that, when I was much much younger.
