I like the permissions 💁
Sometimes the confirmation allows me to do a double take on what I want to publish, i can look at the specific data being created, and with outbox i can be sure of what relays I don't care to pull from. It's a nice place to centralize this information and decisions, because it requires signatures.
My issue is when those permissions are denied they keep returning, piling up and making the apps unusable.

I don’t see most of my fellow npubs posts at all, and then I glance at their posts, and see they posted 50+ over a few weeks that I completely missed because I’m in a different time zone.
Feels cool to say that noscrypt has been abi stable and backward compatible since it's first release 2 years ago.
