Separate that data to an external database and store the hash only, make the whole thing optional. Or better, store a torrent hash only.

If you don't like what someone is saying to you, just block them. This is a 13 year old girl's behavior. Nostr is filled with people building and creating many great things. There are people on here who are doing many great things. If you like being a cuck to the state then maybe nostr isn't for you. Only the relays own the data. Because the power to destroy a thing is ownership over it. And only relays can choose to delete or not.
Even if you run your own relay, you have no control over where your data spreads to. You can delete it on your relay, but have no say over the other relays you’ve given it to. It’s a gossip network with no access control system

Something like Fluxer would work well for those who don't use Facebook. Friendica is actually a good Facebook alternative, from what I heard (y'all would have to make an instance yourselves, though).
