还是有很多人对政府操盘的社会福利抱有幻想的。社保对净食税阶级当然是福利，对净纳税阶级自然是税收。很多人以为可以占到便宜，只是他们只能看到看得见的部分，比如医保让人看得起病，养老金让到达法定退休年龄的人有保障，可是他们看不到看不见的，当然也不能完全怪普通人，毕竟绝大多数经济学家也看不见，如果没有医药医疗的准入管制，没有强力阻碍医疗市场化改革，原本不需要医保普通人可能完全看得起病。如果没有政府机构庞大开支，这当然依靠对民间的汲取，普通人的储蓄水平，即可以用作投资、消费、养老的资金源头可以高得多。
Bip-110 merely proposes to roll back a small change that was made that has large ramifications. It's just a start to dealing with the problem, but it is a start. The counterargument is to do nothing. The core devs don't want to cut off data stuffing because they have a boner for EVM.
I do not accept that the small number of individuals in possession of credentials to merge pull requests in that repo are the infallible high priests of Bitcoin. We all signed up for "don't trust, verify," yet some people trust their judgement implicitly.
Fortunately the nature of the network is such that they are not really in control of anything other than a GitHub repo. This may result in a fork and I'm fine with that. That's how open source works. Here's what will happen in that event:
The EVM-wannabe shitcoin network running Core v0.30 will begin to be inundated with CSAM and other illicit content. This will happen because it can happen, and because certain individuals on the new fork will have an axe to grind. Certain actors will do this and begin reporting IP addresses to law enforcement for hosting and distributing this content. It's not happening like this yet because we're all still sharing the same blockchain.
The fork that continues to iterate to prevent this attack vector and preserve the original use case as peer-to-peer electronic cash will survive in the long run. The notion that no matter what happens, Bitcoin is too big, too powerful, too perfect to fail is dangerous hubris. The network is as strong as the vigilance of it's individual participants. It was designed this way, and complacency can kill it in many ways.

**Galaxy NGC 474: Shells and Star Streams**

What's happening to galaxy NGC 474 ? The multiple layers of emission appear strangely complex given the relatively featureless appearance of the elliptical galaxy in less deep images. The cause of the shells is a topic of research, but they are possibly tidal tail s related to debris left over from absorbing numerous small galaxies in the past billion years. Alternatively, the shells may be like ripples in a pond, where the ongoing collision with the spiral galaxy just to the right of NGC 474 is causing density waves to ripple through the galactic giant. Regardless of the actual cause, the featured image dramatically highlights the increasing evidence that the halos of some elliptical galaxies are surprisingly complicated. Similarly, the halo of our own Milky Way Galaxy is one example of such unexpected intricacies . NGC 474 spans about 250,000 light years and lies about 100 million light years distant toward the constellation of the Fish ( Pisces ).

But that’s the point, everytime you run Bitcoin of any version Core still gets financial incentives, & power.
In order to remove Core’s power, & financial gain, you go to an alternative blockchain where core has no say.
Monero is also decentralized P2P cryptocurrency that had a similar problem, & fixed it by reducing its TX_Extra (Op_Return) size.
If you really want to stop spam on Bitcoin, you have to remove the financial incentives for core.
Knots keeps core in power since they’ll have to maintain knots code, & still have the final say.
Whereas Monero takes the money out of their pockets as no one would increase the Bitcoin price to fund development.

It will work by "exclusion", the same way as attestation in EU (very soon) where only google and apple phones can run EU identification apps.
So unfortunately, it's not that easy, people need to act before it's too late, even if they are unaffected - like me - I'm ungovernable, I will just use a different transport layer, or a fake ID if I have to. I'm not doing it for myself, but for those who will have to live with this nightmare in the future if we don't stop it
