I am am trying to reduce the excessive background noise when I record yoga videos in my yoga room. Particularly dogs barking ( not my own) . Do I use noise blocking or noise absorbing? Would office cubicles partitions help? Its a dog friendly neighborhood and I don’t mind except when recording and the neighbor suddenly has a fur kid meet up happening.

Time to take care if your emotions and mind before you get out in your day ( or even if you are in your day already) . Your emotions are THE commodity the evil in our world wants to own. Once they have that , your mind is trapped in their system. Your emotions are a wonderful part of your life! Its best YOU own them for your highest good outcome.
Heres a quick meditation you can do anytime:
close your eyes and inhale.Suspend the breath(hold it) for as long as its easy to do . Don’t struggle. Then exhale and suspend(hold) that part of the breath as long as you can without struggle . If done properly you should not get breathless. Practice 5 minutes or longer.
Doing this meditation will help recalibrate your vagus nerve response.

Both are edible ( dont know if theres any variation of lambs ear thats not tho) , which u might already know. Mullein is great medicine too esp fir the winter months. I usually dry the leaves and flower buds and make teas all winter.

Hi all nice to be back! My new deck steps are just about done and I’ve been busy taking down my container garden and prepping outdoors for the change of seasons . I have been on critter patrol too - mice ! Fixing up entry points again and putting traps in the cabinets. 😕Usually takes a month and then i dont see any for the rest of the year. . Some of the statements in this are not accurate and sound more like a fantasy. I font know the writer, dont follow, but Elon never turned off the internet. It was never turned on. Good morning! How about chanting for your 5 minute meditation today? Its really easy. A great one to start your day off is just saying the sound of a long letter “O” . (As in go) You inhale and on the exhale say out loud the “O” in a long drawn out way “ooooooooooo” for the length of your exhale breath. Repeat for your 5 minutes. Eyes are closed and looking up at your brow point.
This sound will bring your mind out of the night energy of dreams and sleep. It also will bring in the energy of safety and purpose as it grounds you at the first chakra , the Root Chakra Muladhara; EARTH .

Its day 42 ! Just finished my last practice day of the Magic Breath Kriya! This technique took me into some old beliefs not only mine but generational and cleared out fears related to them. That allowed the fears to become unimportant and canceled their entrapments.

A Misconception
What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of yoga? Usually it has something to do with stretching. Perhaps you think of slow movement or not moving at all. You might think about sitting in a cross legged position while breathing with your eyes closed. Perhaps you might think of the relaxed music that is usually playing in a yoga environment. I would agree with you. All those things are part of yoga! But while I may absolutely love the effects of all these elements of yoga and hold each very dear to my heart, you, in an agitated, trapped and bottled up, stressed out emotional place might cringe, and heartily run the other way from it all. And you know what? You might exactly be doing the right thing.

Aww, sorry to hear it.. Might sound weird but getting in the sun fixes a cold and gets rid of covid . The most important nutrient for your body is nature’s light . It reduces all cause morbidity. No sun screen or hat Or sunglasses ( or contacts or eye glasses) tho , your eyes and your skin want full spectrum nature when u have had enuf relax in the shade ☺️.
