2. Even if TFG goes to prison, there is nothing in the Constitution that prevents a convicted person from becoming President.
And people in prison can control their party, see, e.g., what just happened in Pakistan.

A regular reminder to technology startups to beware signing any sort of confidentiality agreement with larger (especially much larger) technology companies without consulting a lawyer first.
The latest version I've seen is something called a "Feedback Agreement" which starts out like a mutual NDA but then creates a huge carve out for "feedback" provided to the larger company which is defined very broadly and could very well include information the smaller company considers confidential. Has anyone here on Mastodon ever had any documents notarized via remote notarization? I've read all the rules but I'm still having a hard time figuring out the logistics...
To wit: How do you get the notarial seal and signature on the actual document that needs to be notarized if the person signing that document is not in the same room? 😂 Do you use a Star Trek style transporter?

When it premiered in 1921, Shuffle Along became the first hit musical on Broadway written by and about African Americans. It was the first all-black show to reach the Broadway stage in over a decade and included a teenage Josephine Baker among the performers. The musical introduced songs such as "I'm Just Wild About Harry" and "Love Will Find a Way"
