I have some tents and a diesel heater, water filtration systems, solar panels and regulators, LiFePo batteries, two cars, and even air and foam mattresses.
I work at a steel company, I'll be making some other enhancements to the property, minor things, but the primary purpose for me is to save up money. I plan on buying my next place cash, my own land, and then going full Kaczynski.

Forty acres, only cellphone service, not even electric hookups, thirty miles out of town off a dirt road, rent will be $500 a month.
Need to min max for a bit, just hardcore grind the savings and reset my life.
