Well, my pair of fourteen ounce ribeye steaks are dry brining in a vacuum container and tomorrow I'll be grilling them on some nice charcoal with whatever the hell else whoever shows up wants grilled.
On my way home from work, as I was getting gas, my car's battery died… again.
I guess this car's battery hasn't died yet, but I burn batteries like my mom burned food.
Guess tomorrow will be a busy day for me, but at least there will be some of the best steaks I've had all year.
