Where do you live? I live in the #Boston area. Organic growth over design. So densely populated, there's nowhere to build. No new roads, no new high speed rail, yet plenty of high rises and skyscrapers. It is a *highly* desired section of the country and people keep moving in.
I agree proper urban design matters, including universal design principles. But do you have examples where this is happening? Because it's *definitely* not in the northeast.
