This note, I will start with a story. We have a legacy home from our ancestors, and it is very old. Yesterday (18th March 2026), we faced another trouble with our middle roof. We heard a very bad sound above our ceiling, and then I climbed to it from the other part we have no ceilings. I was afraid of the thing I saw. Our middle roof main part has broken and collapsed on our ceiling. The reason was termittes.
Although we repaired our rooftop some months ago, we didn't recognize anything bad about this middle roof. Because the funds were calculated just for the rooftop that time. The worse thing is this middle roof also directly connected to the rooftop. So if this will collapse, there is a high risk for our lives. I believe value for value (v4v) a lot. Just trying to be safe with my family. We love this old home. But we have to fix so many things that are expensive.
