my very real design requirement is that no product on my federated market can be sold without attestation from a third party reviewer. That review gates release. So, a creator invites a reviewer to review. The approval is an attestation object which permits publication of the product. But the audit trail is a chain of attestations. An instance admin endorses each of the seller & reviewer. The instance actor endorses the admin, & nodeinfo identifies the instance actor.
