forewarning: I'm not equipped with privileged information or extrasensory knowledge of the future. I'm also not pushing any agenda that I know of besides my own very likely wrong ideas (who's perfect?).
I figure China is just about ready to manufacturer the excuse to partition Russia as a Chinese territory and *possibly* even North America. It would make sense, from a "I'm going to make sure world control never slips from our fingers again" kind of way. Beyond that, I have no proof, nor willingness to convince people of things I have no proof for.
