I only recently learned that mint jelly is a thing. Apparently was big a few decades ago, but it's still a thing. Tried it, was good, but nothing mind blowing
The Culture series are pretty good reads imo. Been long time since I read one, but they're the most "space opera" scifis I've read and made a big impression on me.
