Yea I'm glad the specialist was helpful too because the first X-rays I got they were very dismissive like, well you're walking and there's no fracture you're fine.
Today the guy was first shocked by how little they documented at the first X-rays. Then took a lot of time pointing out all the "there's your problem there!" points. He even said he was really surprised by how mobile I was, given what the X-ray was showing him.

Today I went to a specialist and got many more X-rays and honestly it was incredibly validating because yep, my spine looks like I got hit by a car from behind while I was not expecting it.
The doc was like, "Often with chronic pain we see that cortisol stay elevated which impacts sleep, which impacts headaches and continued stiffness, which impacts attitude and mood..."
I feel seen 🥹 unfortunately he also added on that my PCP was correct 6-8 weeks for the initial injury to normalize but it would be much longer before I could get back the strength to feel actually normal 😭

As I understand it, essentially all of a Monero miner's revenue comes from the tail emission subsidy, not from fees. But isn’t all of this irrelevant when Monero-on-Rootstock would use Rootstock’s fee structures and not Monero’s?

So probably some low payed hospital emloyee, that negociates prices with multinational coorporations. Every single hospital is too small to request good prices.
But when there is a better organized institution, to buy for the same prices for all US hospitals together, they have more market power and can participate in price negotiations more actively.
In most european social states, this is working like this. And prices are significantly lower.
