From an investment angle why Monero is a better investment.
Monero for the next 15 years is more scarce, it has room to grow, without access to KYC markets market signals are artificially suppressed, it’s much riskier = more reward, it reduces the likelihood of a wrench attack from happening to you.
It’s like buying Pepsi when Coca Cola was already maxed out on top.
You don’t buy the winner, you buy the competitor to fuel its growth, & get more gain because now you know the top, Monero could reach Bitcoin’s Marketcap, and when it does you’d make a lot more money.

To be fair, they probably walked everywhere and very far (it was an empire, after all).
They typically retired in their 40s (meaning the bulk of that was probably as young, healthy, well fed men - they got better healthcare and nutrition for being soldiers) And the average lifespan of a roman man was about 40 anyway. Soldiers lived longer probably from the food and healthcare, but not much longer.
So it's tradeoffs.

A big issue here is what you mean by "figure things out." My calculator example demonstrates this issue. You can figure out (solve) A=πr^2 without necessarily understanding it. I can give you the rules of algebra and you can solve that without ever knowing it's the area of a circle. You'd have no idea how to apply it. You can also use it to "figure out" the area of a circle (apply it) while having no clue how the formula is derived.
You could "figure out" how to calculate the area of a circle. Chances are, if you can derive the formula, you can literally explain it (the formula is the explanation, since math is a language). Now whether you can teach it to a man but not a child is a totally different issue.

The whole issue here is that a surgeon could just follow a recipe. But what happens when something in the process goes wrong and he has to fix it? It's not in the recipe. He may have to come up with a novel or rare solution to a problem to keep you from dying. I've literally watched this happen in a surgery. Atypical scenarios happen. I can't believe how it was handled. I'm escalating the report once things open up on Monday. The farmer's market manager is a friend and she was already able to talk to the city manager about it.
At the very least they're going to be putting water barrels up instead of this fencing. She had asked for it when they moved the farmer's market to this location and the City said it wasn't necessary. They're lucky it was me that was hit and not one of the dozens of toddlers that run around the market. It could have been so much worse!

Here's some video. The car's front tires are on some cardboard I use for my signs and was where I was sitting.
I'm lucky I have a lot of friends who set my tent right, then packed up my stuff for me when I started feeling poorly.
Then came to my house to unload my stuff and help me return the van. Drove me around town to finish my errands because I'm limping. Told me to who to call and how to get insurance to take care of things. Gave me their numbers to act as witnesses for me, and to have someone to call if I need more errands help later. And gave some spare benzos.
Working hard to build community pays off, I'm feeling blessed and lucky 🥰
