Since when has the government liked Bitcoin? The U.S. government has only used Bitcoin as a publicity tool to legislate in favor of stablecoins, which are the new form of financing for the United States.
You’re shitposting or you’re serious? 😂
WHY DOES NOBODY TALK ABOUT THIS BIBLE VERSE?!😱👀

I used to agree with them but when life expectancy started to decline it kinda invalidated that thesis. 100 years? Definitely better. The 90s? I'm not so sure.
I’m still gonna punch you for forgetting to set the env vars.
Now that the government likes bitcoin, it will most likely be used to keep you a slave aswell.
Why do you think they want data centers everywhere?
You'll need to submit and ID for access to your sats, sooner than you think.

Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System Satoshi Nakamoto satoshin@gmx.com www.bitcoin.org Abstract. A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution.

Sounds like deep aids in the ass issues 😂
We call that a 50/50/90 situation. Like old USB, 50/50 odds but you somehow get it wrong 90% of the time.
The funniest thing is that many people will mock this Bitcoin bear market and still fail to understand that there is no alternative: either Bitcoin or being a slave to the system.
I know this because over the years I have evaluated all the options, and I would rather lose money occasionally than lose my freedom.
I feel like Trump didn’t learn anything in his economics class.
It’s legitimately concerning.

Dear diary,
I have been told my rants are insightful. I will be working to have more.

I am sure most if not all of those problems existed well before Ai, and ai will ironically actually fix it because of the fact ai needs just as clean, if not cleaner water than humans do.
Because companies like Amazon, Facebook, Google, etc. will have increased water demands they’re more than likely also willing to contribute to building more water infrastructure which in the end would result in more clean drinking water for people.

Another mistake: you're not going to see a massive money-printing spree like during COVID or in 2008.
At least, you won't see it until 2030.
There's nothing broken right now that would cause that to happen; the extractive system is functioning perfectly. Even the 2030 timeline is just my own assumption.
The system isn't stupid enough to let ordinary people make easy money.

I argued it's less fucked solely because there's relative little value at risk compared to on chain.
There will be no hyperinflation; that would imply the collapse of the system. The system works exactly as it was designed.
There are two mistaken assumptions made by most people who comment on this:
- The amount of debt. The amount of debt doesn't matter. The system is designed so that debt is never paid off and always increases. Keep in mind that fiat money is debt-based money; the system needs debt to survive.
- The issue of hyperinflation. This is another fallacy. They have everything very carefully calculated; this is not going to happen. What does happen is that they gain purchasing power and you lose it, especially through labor.
I am so offended right now. GM
this is going in the basement
The system is designed to swindle citizens; that technique is a thing of the past. They won't use QE anymore—it's too easy to spot and take advantage of.
Now they're controlling the volatility of the 30-year bond; they don't give a damn if the bond is above 5%.
Everything is becoming more opaque, but the premise remains unchanged: tomorrow there will be more fiat money in the system than there is today.
Should there be a Nostr client where people have to take an iq to use it, & have it publicly displayed on their profile?
Stag-High-Inflation
Hopefully not Stag-Hyper-Inflation... 😳
I'm into remote signing to give client devs less authority, not really for nsec security.

The big print will begin sooner than you think.
The reason taxes are so high is primarily because of Social Services (like Welfare, & Social Security), & military expenditures.
The possibility to have fine grained control over what the app does and what you're connecting to, while learning along the way, is super valuable.
But the mismatch in workflows where neither signer or app memorizes your preferences, or throws increasing requests at you is a nightmare 🫠

Times are coming with:
- High inflation
- High interest rates
