It is great you try to correct.
This is not true. The water will still evaporate, even when there is already 100 humidity.
But my point for there being true and false premises is still made clear by the fact, that you try to define truth the same way.
And I agree, that we can never know without uncertainty, what reality is, since we are limited to our senses.
Here I go with the belief of objective shared truth, since it is the only premis that makes arguing and actions meaningful.
When we would assume, that we do not exist and that there is no objective truth, then all types of discovering would be clearly pointless. Since others would not participate in the same reality. Therefore one could not have any basis to talk about anything.
