Trying Creatr (alternative for patreon and herohero)
Here's a sample of the videos I'll try to post behind the satoshiwall in the future (I hope it is working, I'm posting this through Creatr with "public" checked just to try it out - next videos should be locked for a monthly fee of 4000 sat). I don't expect anyone here to be interested in this, the whole Creatr is supposed to be aimed at my Czech speaking Youtube subscribers who may have this as an added bonus to the whole Youtube channel (or as a way to support that Youtube channel regularly, just because they like it). But it's clear to me that without the added value of that czech Youtube channel these videos won't interest anyone.
I wanted to share it with english speaking nostriches anyway, because since I try to live more and more outside the system, Creatr is currently the only way to arrange regular monthly subscriptions, so I'm excited about it. But I don't expect to get any large numbers of subscribers on it even between the Czech youtube audience (although I have a Youtube channel aimed at the anarchist/freedom/nomad social bubble, I still think most of them still don't actively use Nostr and there is still a lot of non anarchists who do not even have any bitcoin).
But that's the way it is. Maybe it will motivate someone from my viewers to try bitcoin, or even Nostr (I guess have to do a video for them "how to create nostr so you can start supporting us on creatr" :D) Anyway, if anyone wants to see short videos of our privat nomadic lives on the road like this (with english subtitles) that are meant to be ONLY bonuses (and not full standalone episodes suitable for Youtube), if you're bored, or if you have too much money, feel free to join our creatr, there will be more videos like this one. But if you speak only english I do not think there will be big enough motivation to do this... but I'm certainly not going to stop you! :D
I'm just trying this thing out and letting you know that there is a cool Nostr service that is the only possible alternative to Patreon for nomads like us, and that's awesome. Even though we are still too early.

I don't really know what to do. I thought that if I pay for 2 relays (nostr.land and nostr.wine), everything will be fine, but it's miserable, lately I have to post new notes 3 times, because they don't catch on any relay and in the end I have to forward the whole note to my mobile and post it via amethyst (which is for me the best client ever, but unfortunately only on mobile, while I need to be able to do my post on PC). And after the posting, I don't know if people see it or not, and it makes me a little sad. I'm still a bit lost in trading relays. But today I found it better to use Brave than Firefox. So I don't know if it could be my privacy settings. Maybe the solution would be to have some client on desktop, that is not in browser, but as standalone software.

I have some problems with my relays. I have 2 paid relays (nostr.land and nostr.wine) and I still get error messages when I try to post (on all of them). Actually this is the second time I am trying to post this comment (I hope there will be no duplicate since I have already posted one and it disappeared). I dont even know if somebody sees this post. Does anybody have a clue what might be wrong? Could it be somehow connected with my poor internet connection?

Evening at the opencast mine. Our friends from the Czech Republic are still with us. They have only a few days off before they have to go back to work (they are not full time van lifers anymore - it is not easy to sustain this lifestile and only few make it for more than 1-2 years). We prepare a meal together and wonder if it would be worth it to buy paint and repaint our scratched van. Meanwhile, we collect wood, make a fire, and eat dinner. Then we play some evening songs (Eda joins the guitar with his firepan drums) and go to bed :).

Was anybody here able to use shipyard.pub (app for scheduling posts on NOSTR)? I always end up by being not able to push the publish (or schedule) button. It simply does not react. Don't know if the problem is on my side or not. Tried different browsers and different relays and nothing seems to work for me.

Late in the afternoon all the campervans pull out their barbecue props and the preparation for a dinner together begins.
Frequent cooking together outside (several times a week) is another great thing about nomadic life. It suddenly becomes a nice social event, we try to do it as often as possible even when we are only with kids. Because then what doesn't happen is that one parent shuts themselves in the kitchen and is cut off from the others until the food is delivered. Having family and friends around makes it a completely different experience.
Someone brings in the wood, someone picks up a guitar, and someone just makes the whole atmosphere more pleasant with their presence.
Not to mention that kids naturally learn from it. Also, when they're cooped up in a small indoor kitchen with you everything is kind of harder than when they're outside.
But - Is it efficient if everyone is cooking, even though only one might be cooking and the others might be doing something "important"? Absolutely not. Or... it depends on what you're trying to be more effective in. Happiness? Or something else?

Beautiful temporary nomad camp at a lake in Spain. And since 2 out of 4 vans have kids in them (including us), there naturally emerged a little nomad kindergarten. Kids run around, build lego, show (and change) toys together and have a great time :).
The children's attention is divided among a group of people and not just the parents (or worse, a single mother), making parenting a natural and seamless process, as it has always been for nomads. I love these days when kindred spirits meet along the way and form a small temporary community.
In the evening, adults start a fire and bring guitar, so it is like going from one great flow directly to another :).

I'm more of an anarchist than a bitcoiner. Bitcoin is great. It makes a revolution. It opens minds to enormous amount of people. It brought me to anarchy and freedom and changed my life. And since I only use bitcoin 99% of the time, I could theoretically call myself a bitcoin "maximalist",
BUT
I don't want to use that label because I want to keep an open mind. What if at some point in the future a project comes along that is very much in the spirit of anarchy, individual self-sufficiency, unbanking, etc.? - what is the greater value then? Devotion to bitcoin, or devotion to freedom in the bigger picture?
Anyway, of course I understand the position of bitcoin maximalism as a protection against scammers and centralised projects. It's great for newbies not to get burned and ripped off. But at the same time, I hope I'm not such a newbie anymore and don't need to protect myself with some kind of mind enclosure and tunnel vision.
Also, I would be unfair if I said, that crypto never helped me in my life... For example few years ago I was able to create a loan with bitcoin as collateral through defi (when I was traveling far away from home), which helped me to be independent from the banking system and also saved me from selling bitcoin, the value of which I wanted to preserve. So I used bitcoin as collateral, got a loan (a fully anonymous one) in some shitcoin, which I immediately sold for dollars, which I used for food and gas and once I managed to find a job I paid off the loan and didn't lose a satoshi thanks to it.
Of course, nowadays collateralized loans are created over bitcoin (because it's a really cool idea and another step towards independence from the banking system), but back then it only worked in crypto.
And crypto space often functions as a kind of experimental place where different financial tools are tried out while Bitcoin waits to see what works and what fails enormously and after few years calmly implements what worked well, but if it weren't for the crypto world being the crazy wild west experimenting with the craziest ideas, eventually bitcoin would also be impoverished because it would either have to experiment on its own or it wouldn't get to the interesting possibilities it has learned from few successful crypto projects (best example are again the collateralized loans over btc)
So yes, I am into bitcoin. But at the same time, I don't want to close my mind with ideological wars. Right now I'm using only Bitcoin because I feel bitcoin is the best. But once it's not the best for whatever reason, I'll logically use something else. If it weren't the case, then that would mean it was just a religion all the time.

This happens. Every political regime is making it's propaganda in schools. In my country we have seen it 40 years ago with communism which was teaching kids Karl Marx and which was delivering basic communist ideas as the best (and only possible). And now we see it with democracy. I was in school 15-20 years ago and I was taught, that democracy is the only possible way of doing things and whoever is against democracy is against freedom and is totalitarian. I was taught, that I should always be a good citizen, and I should always protect democracy no matter what. Nothing changes, same style of propaganda as communism. Only the regimes switch, but the public state schools will always make propaganda, no matter what regime are we in.

I was out of all social media and am slowly coming back. Any good things I missed on NOSTR? Clients? New people to follow (non Bitcoin especially)? What about NOSTR being a YouTube alternative, did that idea evolve anyhow? Or NOSTR being an assistant for YouTube (for example for building community, or replacing HeroHero/Patreon)? Thanks for any advice, slowly starting to look around :). Looks like everyone is still making a lot of progress here, which is awesome.

I would also consider paying satoshi for a YouTube alternative on NOSTR with reasonable time and size of possible uploaded videos (1-2gb size and 1h30m length per video would be great). Maybe it already exists, I was sleeping on nostr last few months and now I am slowly waking up looking around and trying to find out how much did I miss.

I was not able to make it work. Whenever I finish the post and click on "Schedule", nothing happens (and when I go to see "All Posts" "Scheduled", there is nothing). The same happens when trying to save draft etc. The button just does not react. Login through alby, browser Brave (tried turning off brave shields and uBlock Origin, did not help). When I have to option, I will try another browser.

I am wondering if I could use it instead of Patreon for my youtube channel (I was planning to start the patreon in the upcoming months, but I would love to find an alternative like LibrePatron on BTCPay server - which looks unfortunately abandoned for few years).

Does in any NOSTR client exist an option to create a post in advance and plan the actual public posting into the future? Like on Youtube when you upload the video and plan the premiere 2 days later? It would be great feature for travelers like me.
I could always prepare more posts ahead of time when I'm on public wifi somewhere and then go offline for the next 10 days - those posts would automatically add themselves according to the scheduled date, and then 10 days later I'd get public wifi again to upload more posts (from the recent 10 days). Basically, I'd have the classic "posting every day", except everything would be 10 days late (which is also nice for privacy) and free as far as internet is concerned. Actually it would be great not only for internet, but even for my organisation and effectivity :), I love this feature on youtube, where I can create 10 shorts in advance, upload them on public wifi and set premiere later so they go public automaticaly during the next month, every week one short.

Hey guys, thanks a lot for all the suggestions. I hope the problem will have a solution. I guess I used too many clients and too meny relays and I am going to need to develop better and more sustainable behavior. Thanks for all the advices and I will try to use them when the times are better. Right now I am without money and with only few GBs left (which I need for other things), so after the times get better I will surely solve it somehow (thanks for all the advices from you). CZECH post: Po předchozím videu "SPOLU", v němž jsme se zmínili o našich zkušennostech s psychedeliky, k nám přišel zajímavý dotaz: zda-li se nebojíme, že si nás ted lidé zaškatulkují jako tzv "smažky".

V dnešním videu proto děláme malé historicko-kulturní okénko u ohně, v němž si prozkoumáme co je to vlastně za škatulku, kdo do této škatulky spadá, s kým tuto škatulku budeme sdílet a zda-li to ve výsledku není naopak škatulka v níž člověk spíš chce být (po boku Federica Felliniho, Richarda Feynmena, Beatles, Steva Jobse, Billa Gatese, nebo velkých myslí 21. století vzešlých z Kalifornie a Sillicon Valley).
Aneb je skutečně tak špatné být na jedné hromadě s ostatními lidmi, co využili psychedelika k osobnímu růstu, nebo je to ve výsledku vlastně docela dobrá společnost, možná mnohem lepší, než být na hromadě třeba s konzumenty alkoholu?
Nakonec dojdeme k tomu, že jde spíš o nefunkčnost škatulek jako takových a nelze říct ani jedno.
Pokud vás téma neoslovuje, ve videu jsou kapitoly, takže lze přeskočit rovnou na další otázku týkající se více vztahu a dodávky.
Budeme se věnovat špíně a úklidu v dodávce, ale především i ve vztahu.
DISCLAIMER: Nikomu nikdy nic nedoporučujeme, ale to je dost zřejmé ze samotného videa. Doufám, že téma psychedelik můžeme na dlouhý čas zase opustit a snad dnešní video ukáže, že celé toto téma ve výsledku není zas takové terno 🙂.

Looks like I'm gonna have to stop using NOSTR. It seems that in the last month or so (roughly since I started actively posting from my travels) NOSTR has eaten up so much data that it's financially unsustainable for me.
I only operate on local 4G SIM cards when I travel and don't have access to public wifi very often - I'm not a digital nomad going from coffee shop to coffee shop and coworking space to coworking space, 95% of my time is spent somewhere in the woods or desert.
I'm terribly sorry about this, as NOSTR is my favorite platform and if I had any real enthusiasm for growth anywhere, it was here (unlike Twitter and Facebook). So if anyone happens to have any ideas on how to avoid this huge data consumption (like only using 1 app? Or just on a laptop in a browser? Or somehow remotely? Or do some magic with relays?), I'd love to get back to actively posting on NOSTR. But I'm shutting down for now, because realistically I don't have the money for more internet this month, and next time it'll be a decision between food and internet and guess what wins based on the opinions of the rest of the family :D.

Anyway, a lot of people have been asking me about showing our daily activities in the van.
Although routine is quite hard to find when on the road, there are some things whose essence is, give or take, repetitive. We don't go shopping every Wednesday at the same supermarket down the street (each shopping is a whole new adventure), but the very core of the activity remains. So I hope we can show at least that core. Although in a week's time all these activities shown will probably be completely different and out of date.
Ps: sorry for my strangely strangled voice, I was filming at night when everyone was asleep so I had to whisper; plus we've been on a rough ocean for many days now where all you can hear from morning to night are giant waves so the noise reduction is also taking a toll

I stopped when we left Czech Republic. Not possible during traveling :). We would have to have bigger fridge and much more money. But I have to say I sometimes miss those days full of energy and without occasional brain fog. But if I have to decide between my lifestyle and my foodstyle, the lifestyle wins.

I tried a lot of desktop NOSTR clients those days. I ran into various little problems quite often (problem with video, problem with picture, problem with reacting etc...), but eventually I found what works best for me.
First of all I have to give a big thanks towards @Alby, which I now use as a great temporary lightning wallet for both NOSTR and YouTube. At the same time, I love the fact that I have Alby as an extension in my browser and can freely browse the incredible number of NOSTR apps that have already been created without having to enter any codes anywhere (the codes have completely disappeared from my life, I don't even remember what they were called anymore, npub, nsec or something? Happy to leave them hidden in my keepassXC and never seeing them again) - a new level of user friendliness. Also thanks to this feature I could try almost all existing clients and at the same time discover things I didn't even know about (if you click on "apps" in Alby, you're in for a few hours ride across super NOSTR implementations with absolutely easy login everywhere :) ). If I use Alby, the internet is even more user friendly than the traditional social media sites (you log in everywhere with 2 magic clicks).
Regarding clients, I still have a policy of using many to check my posts, what looks like where, etc. In the end, though, I eventually found my home in noStrudel.ninja. For me, absolutely the best on desktop (especially since I tweaked the appearance to my taste in settings).
On mobile I use @Plebstr the most, but that may be purely out of habit, hard to say. I don't have Amethyst unfortunately, as I haven't managed to save up for a Google Pixel yet and need to use the old iPhone i found for free :).

Yeah. There was a techno guy that came in this hymer yesterday. It was really funny, as there were otherwise quiet elderly people enjoying the peace and sunshine (at least until our kids arrived) and suddenly this hymer burst out from over the hill, he drifted through a skidding turn (obviously trying not to slow down so he didn't get stuck in the sand) and last few meters the hymer jumped over little sand hill so high that a cloud of smoke and sand came out of it on impact. After he fiinally stopped. A minute of absolute silence. Until the techno guy jumped out with a happy "here I am, lets party! ". All the old men stared at him with open mouths. It was like a scene from a comedy movie.)

OK, so the worst case happened :). On some clients the video appears and works (Nostrudel). On some clients it only appears but does not work (iris.to) and on some clients it does not appear at all (plebstr). Any advice what should I do better to make it work everywhere? Change format? Upload it somewhere else? I just uploaded it into my wordpress site and copied the URL.

Good morning, NOSTR! We slept in a teepee tonight. It was a bit cold (especially for Martina, who is breastfeeding and has to sleep with the kids under the same blanket, while the kids are constantly kicking and rolling around), but the kids love it. This is the first time we've built a teepee in Morocco. A donkey came to peek into the tent this morning.

Aha, já jsem to nepochopil jako žádost o radu, ale jako nepřímou kritiku původního příspěvku, respektive výzvu k obhajobě ve smyslu “říkáš, že násilí na dětech je podobně špatné, jako státní násilí ale některé věci jako zubař bez násilí občas nejdou - jak se s tímto faktem tvé tvrzení popasuje, aby bylo konzistentní”. Tak už chápu to mírné zmatení v následné debatě, to jsem pro vás pak musel mluvit o úplných blbostech, pokud jste k tomu přistupovali jako k žádosti o radu :).

Ano. To se opět dostáváme k tomu, co si myslíme, že je správné (i já si to myslím). Ale konal jsi tak vždy? A buď k sobě upřímný, skutečně jsi za celé první 4 roky dítěte nepoužil násilí? Např. k připásání proti vůli, když jsi byl ve stresu a spěchal na schůzku, nebo sundání odněkud, protože tě to v tu chvíli spíš štvalo, než aby to ohrožovalo život dítěte. Tyhle situace se občas dějí, konec konců není to týdenní návštěva kulturně rozdílného kamaráda, kterému vše vysvětlíš za dva dny, jsou to náročné 4 roky a množství těch situací je enormní, takže se zvyšuje pravděpodobnost udělat alespoň občas chybu. To dítě je navíc malé a lehké, takže to prostě občas táhne k tomu ho vzít a přesunout proti jeho vůli tam, kam potřebujeme, i když nejde o ohrožení života, ale my jsme prostě unavení, ve stresu, druhé dítě pláče, u toho se vylila miska s vodou apod. A já v tuto chvíli tvrdím, že ne - není podle mě správné konat násilně proti vůli dítěte, ale zároveň ano, někdy se mi to stane (a skutečně by mi dělalo veliké potíže komukoliv uvěřit, že tak nikdy nekonal). A já si tady ty násilné chvíle přiznávám a pak se za to omlouvám (promiň, byl jsem ve stresu, promiň měl jsem strach a nezvládnul ho). No a pal může jít třeba o doktora a ty máš strach o zdraví dítěte. Já jsem teď v Africe s dvěma dětma, ten mladší chytil infekci do oka a vypadal tak zuboženě, že když jsme se dostali k místní doktorce, tak jsem byl štěstím bez sebe, že jsem mu mohl začít kapat kapky do oka (které mu reálně hned začaly pomáhat). A ano, občas jsme mu museli to oko otevřít násilím, protože zatím jen říká pár slov, nedá se s ním domluvit, ale na druhou stranu jsi v Africe a netušíš, v co všechno by se to mohlo zvrhnout… takže ano, použil jsem násilí, ne nemyslím si, že je to správně a ano, omluvil jsem se pak. O těchto situacích myslím byla řeč. O těch, kde je otázka, zda by snaha nepoužít násilí neznamenala zanedbání zdraví dítěte. A tam to pro mě platí stejně jako když jsem byl párkrát ve stresu a dítě přesunul. Nejsem dokonalý, občas z různých důvodů provedu násilí, ale nikdy se ho nesnažím ospravedlňovat, prostě jdu a omluvím se za to. Stejně jako bych možná zakleknul kulturně rozdílného kamaráda, kterého právě uštkl had a hrozilo by mu, že buď mu aplikuji něco proti jeji vůli, nebo pak přijde o nohu. Asi bych to udělal a zpětně ho poprosil za odpuštění.

Myslím, že to je přesně ono. Pokud dítě sundavám ze skály, nebo ho dávám do sedačky a pášu proti jeho vůli, omluvím se mu a přiznám si fakt, že jsem udělal násilí ze svých sobeckých pohnutek (protože přání toho dítěte to očividně není, jde buď o můj strach, nebo mé přesvědčení, že vím lépe než on, co je pro něj dobré). To samé, když jsem mu teď držel proti jeho vůli hlavu u očařky, když měl zánět v oku. Omluvil jsem se mu a přiznal mu, že jsem vykonal násilí, protože nedokážu překonat svůj strach o jeho oko (ne takhle strojeně, dětskou řečí :) )
Můžeme sice tvrdit, že si to dítě nedovede představit dlouhodobé následky a proto je morálně oprávněné mu je vnucovat násilím, ale dlouhodobé následky si nedovedou představit ani mnozí dospělí lidé. A myslím si, že kdokoliv může mít právo uvažovat dlouhodobě nezodpovědně pro maximalizaci svého momentálního užitku, pokud si tak určí svůj risk management. A stejně jako si myslím, že tak může konat dospělý, tak si myslím, že i dítě má právo maximalizovat svůj momentální užitek navzdory špatným dlouhodobým dopadům a pokud mu v tom bráním, jsem v tu chvíli násilník. A přesto to v určitých případech udělám. Jakto, když je to z mého pohledu násilí? Protože dělám chyby a mé sobecké přání, aby byl druhý člověk zdravý a v bezpečí, je v určitých chvílích silnější, než mé hodnoty a ejhle, násilí je na světě. Ty chyby si ale připouštím a v potřebnou chvíli se za ně alespoň zpětně omluvím, podobně jako se omluvím, když na někoho zvýším hlas.
Úplně nejlépe je to představitelné na sebevraždě. To je v podstatě extrémní případ, kdy nějaký člověk maximalizuje svůj momentální užitek (ukončení trápení) navzdory dlouhodobé neefektivitě (tj. nic dlouhodobého už ani nebude). Já si myslím, že nikdy nebudu vědět lépe, než ten daný člověk, co je pro něj dobré. Že to ví nejlépe vždy ten člověk sám a já bych měl plně respektovat jeho rozhodnutí ať už je jakékoliv. Kdo jsem já, abych soudil něčí svobodné rozhodnutí se zabít? Kdo jsem já, abych někomu říkal, že maximalizace okamžitého užitku s dlouhodobě špatnými dopady je špatná? Ale pak přijde na lámání chleba - skutečně bych toho člověka nechal skočit? Došel jsem k tomu, že se to dělí na dvě věci. 1 - Co si myslím, že je správné udělat a 2 - Co bych reálně udělal. Myslím si, že správné je plně respektovat rozhodnutí ostatních o svých vlastních věcech (pokud tím nikomu neubližují). Že bych neměl tvrdit, že vím lépe, než oni sami, co je pro ně dobré (a to včetně skoku z okna, kouření, lezení na skály, jízda bez pásů apod.). Že jsou to právě oni, kteří mají to nejvyšší právo rozhodovat o svém vlastním životě a těle a já nikdy nebudu znát všechen kontext, přání a touhy daného člověka. Ale co bych udělal? Asi bych toho člověka (například mojí Marťu) z okna strhnul. Jakto? Čistě kvůli svému sobectví - nechci, aby ten člověk odešel z mého života. Miluju ho a chci, abych ho mohl milovat nadále (navzdory jeho přání se zabít). A asi bych mu v tom zabránil (minimálně jednou, dokud bych si s ním řádně nepromluvil). Upřednostnil bych svou sobeckou potřebu s tím člověkem nadále prožívat krásné chvíle proti jeho potřebě vše ukončit. Ale netvrdil bych, že jsem udělal správnou věc. Že jsem konal vyšší dobro. Netvrdil bych, že jsem na to měl právo. Řekl bych jí pak, že se hrozně omlouvám a že si uvědomuju, že je to její rozhodnutí a já nemám patent na smysl jejího vlastního života, ale že jsem na ní až příliš závislý, než abych jí dokázal jen tak nechat jít. Že jsem prostě sobec.
A stejně tak si myslím, že etatista a centrální plánovač může obstojně argumentovat proti voluntarismu jen v případě, kdy hned na začátku jasně a zřetelně přizná "jsem sobec a chci ostatním vnucovat svou pravdu násilím, protože jsem přesvědčen, že jsem chytřejší, než ostatní".
Toto jsou případy, kvůli kterým ze mě nikdy nebude 100% pacifista. Případy, kdy vím, že budu konat násilí proti svému přesvědčení.
Mimochodem ještě k tomu zákazu si dlouhodobě uškodit pro maximalizaci momentálního užitku dětí (například nechce si čistit zuby). Představ si, že by se tu objevila nějaká superinteligentní vyšší entita, pro kterou bychom byli mentálně asi jako děti pro nás. A tahle superinteligentní vyšší entita by nám začala násilím zakazovat McDonald, drogy, junk food, sedět křivě, nosit kabelku místo batohu, nutila by nás běhat, cvičit, zakázala by nám lézt po skalách a tak dále a tak dále, protože by tvrdila "jsou to přeci jenom lidi, nedokážou ještě plně dohlédnout následky svého toxického chování, takže je potřeba je k tomu donutit" - bylo by to správně? Za lidi si teď dosaď děti a za superineligentní entitu rodiče a zeptej se opět - je to správně?
Sám nevím, jen si nad tím tady s tebou přemýšlím :).

CZECH: Voluntarismus, anarchie a pacifismus se rozporují obtížně. Pokud člověk argumentuje centralizovaným řešením, státem, nebo i demokracií, staví se automaticky do pozice násilníka nutícího ostatním svůj monopol na smysl a správný způsob života. Je u toho potřeba připustit a veřejně přiznat své ego, které je přesvědčené, že ví lépe, než ostatní, co je pro ně dobré. Takže ano - argumentovat se proti tomu dá, avšak chce-li člověk obstát zkoušce konzistentnosti tak pouze skrze jasné prohlášení "ano, jsem násilník, vím to o sobě a myslím si, že násilí je správné" - bez tohoto prohlášení dle mého pozorování argumentace s voluntaristou nelze vyhrát, jelikož bude etatista vždy nachytán na tom, že chce násilím nutit svá přesvědčení, přestože propaguje pravdu, lásku a svobodu.
Je to stejné jako obhajování násilí ve výchově dětí. Ano, můžete zastávat pozici, že facky a zlomené vařečky myslíte pro dítě dobře (protože si myslíte, že víte lépe než to dítě, co je pro něj dobré), avšak musíte si přiznat, že jste násilníci. Jinak se to obhajovat nedá.

Voluntarism, anarchy and pacifism are difficult to contradict. If one argues for a centralized solution, for the state, or even for democracy, one automatically puts oneself in the position of a violent person forcing his monopoly on meaning of life (and the right way of living) on others. One has to admit and openly acknowledge one's ego, which is convinced that it knows better than others what is good for them. So yes - one can argue against voluntarism, but if one wants to stand the test of consistency it is only through a clear statement "yes, I am a violent person, I know this about myself and I think violence upon others not so clever as I am is right", which is very hard to acknowledge. But without this statement, in my observation, the argument with the voluntarist cannot be won, as the statist will always be caught out for wanting to force his beliefs violently on others, even though he hides it behind peace, love and freedom.
It is the same as advocating violence in child-rearing. Yes, you can take the position that slaps and broken kettles are good for the child (because you think you know better than the child what is good for him), but you have to admit that you are violent person and you think violence is ok. There is no other way to defend it, otherwise you will always fail the test of consistency.

Někteří diváci mého youtubového kanálu reagovali s povděkem na opakující se vzorec z minulých dílů, kdy ve videu předložím nějaké téma a následně jej na konci zcela zrelativizuji a smetu ze stolu s tím, že jde o pozorování platící čistě pro mě a nikoliv pro jiné lidi. Že ačkoliv pro mě třeba může být dům a hypotéka kotva, pro jiné to může úplně klidně být esence štěstí a svobody a já nemám žádný patent na rozum a na to, co je pro koho dobré, nebo jak by měl člověk žít. Že ačkoliv mám silný názor na to, jak vést svou vlastní cestu za štěstím, mám zároveň absolutní pokoru vůči ostatním cestám, i když třeba nejdou ruku v ruce s mým vkusem, ideály, nebo hodnotami.
Dnes se podíváme na to, proč se tak děje.
Dnešní video totiž bude o mém přístupu k životu, kdy se snažím si neustále zvědomovat, že nic nevím. Jsem přesvědčen, že právě uvědomění si vlastní nevědomosti je základem pro jakoukoliv anarchii, voluntarismus, nebo pacifismus, protože jsou to právě tyto směry, které předpokládají, že se k nim plně dostaneme teprve tehdy, když si uvědomíme, že nemáme monopol na smysl života a tudíž nemáme nejmenší právo na komkoliv násilím, nebo nátlakem vynucovat, jakým způsobem má žít (jako to dělají právě státy).

Náš odjezd do Maroka byl odložen a dodávka potřebuje ještě trochu lásky, než vyrazíme. Trochu hodně lásky.
Většinu dní teď trávím buď pod podvozkem, nebo za barem, abych to ufinancoval. Každopádně jsem ale zaimprovizoval a udělal tentokrát video více z našeho života. Více z praxe, než ze světa teorie a filozofování (protože na teorii a filozofování mi bohužel tyto týdny nezbývá síla).
Je to sice improvizace, ale improvizace, na kterou jsem nakonec fakt pyšnej. Snažil jsem se to pořádně vymazlit, takže pokud si vezmete sluchátka a zůstanete u monitorů, měl by to být i docela audiovizuální zážitek (dokonce 4K). Kromě vhledu do našeho běžného dne, do naší dodávky, do našeho teepee a na naši Tureckou zátoku, tam proběhne i pár nomádských příběhů a příjemně emotivní závěr.
Jsem zvědav na první reakce. Budu rád, když mi pod video napíšete, zda je o takový formát (třeba jednou za čtvrt roku) vůbec zájem, nebo radši povídání a teorie :).

Ye, it is always good to be prepared (by having a plan and emotions all set) to make the most out of both scenarios. Up or down. To be able to find something positive in both cases and to be able to grow from them. Actually, I would be happy with both options right now, since both can have their positives and negatives - nothing is just black and white “good”, not even bull market. The worst scenario for me would be the end of bitcoin volatility and stabilisation of the price somewhere around 40000 forever, i do not have a plan for this.

Po úspěšném minulém díle o tom, proč jsme nomádi (1400 shlédnutí, 23 komentářů, přes 200 nových odběratelů a celá řada nadšených soukromých zpráv a emailů, které zahřály nejvíce! wow a díky) jsem zkusil natočit tentokrát trochu techničtější a teoretičtější epizodu.
Možná to bude až nesnesitelně moc teorie (a nebo mého okecávání) a v budoucnu to přeorientujeme víc na věci ze života. Možná to bude taky moc dlouhé. Možná ne.
Uvidíme podle reakcí, jinak se to holt nenaučíme 🙂.
Mimochodem všechny pochytané dobrovolné příspěvky jsme úspěšně reinvestovali a pořizujeme druhý mikrofon pro Martina Šindelářová, která se ke mě snad už v příštím díle přidá, dovolí-li nám to děti 🙂. https://youtu.be/SK1XP-OcINQ

Well, you are a book author/influencer/youtuber/podcaster/speaker on stage and it is all interconnected (one cannot exist without another, becouse it supports each other by bringing more people). I cannot imagine how it could be done anonymously. I would also love to be anonymous now when I am trying to start a youtube channel, but after some research I just cannot see the way through. I was even thinking about reanimating my face by AI, so the face would not be detectable, but still better for people to watch then mask or no face, but I really do not want to pitch my voice into the weird sounding anonymous voices and also I want to be able to visit different podcast, where they are not going not pitch my voice anyway, so what is the point…)

Do you think it is possible? I am starting right now and after a lot of research I decided not to go this way. Are you sure, you could reach as many people as you do right now while staying anonymous? And dont you think it might be potential waste of time, when you can make mistake any day and lose the anonymity? (Or somebody can use some technology as voice detection etc.)

Fear of judgement is hard to overcome.
In my case, what bothered me about the fear of being judged was not so much that it paralyzed me (in speaking or writing), but above all that it prevented me from being authentic.
At one point, I adjusted my actions and behaviour so much according to what I thought others would want to see that I almost didn't know who I really was. I got so used to fulfilling the expectations of those around me about my character that I forgot what that character was actually like without the games.
It took a long time to let go of that pressure. But it's worth it. It seems to me that after this problem is solved, a great deal of the tension that used to haunt me in every innocent communication fell away. In addition, one gets into spontaneity much more often, which is an absolutely magical flow that always reminds me how wonderful it is to be alive.
spirituality, philosophy and psychedelics helped me the most to finally and truly be able to say from my heart "screw it, lets be just me and not some illusion created by others expactstions". But that worked just for me. Every path is different and individual. Anyway, no matter how one gets there, it is worth it.
Btw.
If others are skyrocketing past you, it is just because you are always watching someone in front of you.
if you were to turn around and look behind you, you would see a lot of people who are now looking at you in astonishment and declaring that you are skyrocketing compared to them. For example, you would see me there :).

I recently said this in @npub1m2m…r8p9 ‘s podcast (I'll be sure to send it to you when it comes out in few months) - people often tell me "it's so cool that you live in a van, I don't understand how you can manage it with two kids". I usually answer them "look, I've tried both - raising children on the road and raising children enclosed between four walls - and believe me, I should be the one coming to you and asking you how is it possible, that you are able to manage raising children in an apartment". Parenting is so much easier on the road. It's true that the parents has to deal with more discomfort, but on the other hand, the children have so many stimuli that they have almost no time to start being overwhelming.

Super, tak jeste ze jsem se opravil :). Vlastne mi pri zpetnem zamysleni prijde, ze ten dodatek vznikl dusledkem meho podvedomi identifikujiciho nikoliv tvuj, nybrz muj vlastni problem. A ze ty posledni vety vlastne patrily spis me samotnemu, nez tobe (respektive jsem si z nich sam odnesl nejake ponauceni) :). Funny how it works.
