Some fairly dubious organisations seem to have achieved Bcorp status.
Personally I am a fan of community enterprise. There are various trading models available from cooperatives to community benefit societies
But what they all have in common is that they are free of the stock market. They can’t be bought or sold by millionaires to other millionaires.

limited liability is not just a feature of commerce. Most charities have limited liability, because it doesn’t seem fair to expose trustees to bankruptcy just to operate a charity.
I suppose it would be feasible to remove the limited liability and cover it with insurance? Would that address your worries?
Of course by doing that, you are creating increased dependency on private insurance companies!

That is actually capitalism. But it needs to be controlled and regulated to work.
Think Scandinavia. A strong capitalist economy with an equally strong social countries and comprehensive welfare state.

there are many oppressive regimes in the world and each country’s form of repression is different from the other. But Iran is a mature well educated nation. Perhaps not as well-off as the US but definitely not in grinding poverty. And they will find as they have done in the past a response to a repressive regime.
But it is not the job of the USA or any other nation to stick their nose into their domestic politics.

the analogy falls down when you look at the amount of money spent, and the consequences of failure.
University fees are a life changing debt and if they don’t achieve a qualification, they will be doubly life changing.
Ending your gym membership because you’re still a chubby chap isn’t on the same level. You can diet to lose weight, but there’s no other way to get a degree.
ps. I don’t think many university teachers would see themselves as equivalent to gym trainers 🥴
