apparently the police have examined the legislation and the behaviours involved and decided that under Scots Law it falls well short of the standard necessary to be considered terrorism. I don’t know if that means there will be no prosecutions here, as they can’t very well send a report to the procurator fiscal for prosecution if they don’t believe a crime has been committed.
