I had to quit taking adderall last year because the side effects outweighed the decreasing benefits I was getting. So I've been with out pharmaceutical assistance for the past 9 months.
Lately I've been REALLY struggling with productivity at work (ie not really working). So I took an adderall xr this morning. You could probably plot the metabolosis of the adderall by the frequency/speed of my knee bouncing. 😆 📈 📉 . Faster as it first kicks in, then slower as it approaches full efficacy

The owner and CEO of the company I work for just "liked" my 10 year work anniversary on LinkedIn. Should I mention to him that if he really liked having me in this position, he probably should have given me a raise sometime in the last 4 years?
Anyway, the only reason I logged in to that hellsite is because I just decided to actively look for another job.

Welp, it's not quite done but I'm pretty happy with how this is turning out and wanted to share. It's a combination out feed table for my table saw, router table, and thickness planer. Bonus storage too!
Made almost exclusively out of salvaged or scrap materials, primarily pallet wood, but also scrap plywood, scrap MDF, and offcuts of paper stone.
This should help me get my workshop organized quite a bit.

I generally prefer #StarTrek over #StarWars 9 times out of 10. HOWEVER, one thing that the Star Wars franchise has done DRASTICALLY better at: refraining from retconning the entire look, feel, and defining characteristics of technology or species every time some fucking mediocre, white dudebro is put in charge and decides they need to "refresh" the franchise.
