I had to quit taking adderall last year because the side effects outweighed the decreasing benefits I was getting. So I've been with out pharmaceutical assistance for the past 9 months.
Lately I've been REALLY struggling with productivity at work (ie not really working). So I took an adderall xr this morning. You could probably plot the metabolosis of the adderall by the frequency/speed of my knee bouncing. 😆 📈 📉 . Faster as it first kicks in, then slower as it approaches full efficacy
