I'm drastically reducing my coffee intake in the following weeks; basically going from 3-5 cups a day to 1 cup (in the morning)
First day was tough as I experienced serious headaches that lasted until the 2nd day when I had my morning cup of coffee.
It's not normal to have such a dependency on coffee.
