Make journaling great again! I was able to create a Google form for a journal entry into my Google sheets journal repository. I then realized through AI that Google forms allows you to create an icon on your phone home page. Now I just have one click and start typing in my journal. I have a few questions in the form. An Open journal paragraph, knowledge gained question, and feelings wheel multiple choice to track my mood and emotions. Anything else you would add? I think in the future being able to upload this into an AI agent would be pretty cool to double check myself and also for my kids and others to use. Mostly if the future of AI gets to be more personal agents like I think it will.

Could also look into adding probiotics such as kombucha, kefir, yogurt. Adding yogurt whey to her face for 20 minutes and then washing off. May be a combo of gut issues and skin issues. Could try a parasite cleanse(dedicad wormwood 11in 1). Has she gone anywhere recently or did any adventurous eating or swimming a few months ago? Any major dental work done a few months ago?

Thanks for the thought provoking statement. I think that my original vision-outcomes-objectives-tasks is all accurate still and the "strategy" would be my communication of what is going to be done to achieve the vision. Normally the strategy isn't the first thing to be thought of. It comes after vision and outcome in my mental model. This is all how my brain works. We may be debating over how an Easter bunny looks though and just talking about the same thing in different ways.

Weve burned up two of them so far. Seems to be the brushes if the motor. The one person I lent it to had his hired helper clearing brush from a chain link fence line. When I got it back I could tell that a number of attempts had been made to cut the chain link by the gouges in the snippers. The one works for a while till it's to hot then stops working. But I still recommend them as we used them a lot before they broke.

We are all using different words to basically say that a person wants to improve something or solve a problem and they should go through a planning session or strategically think. There are lots of different ways to accomplish this and some are more thorough than others.

I make some for the kids. We call them fat bombs or dirt cakes. 1 cup tallow(venison currently) or coconut oil, 3/4 cup cocoa, about 3 cups nuts and about 3 cups dried fruit. Stevia or brown sugar and salt to taste. I pack into muffin wrappers. Kids have one when they get home from school and are full. They don't get full on store bought bars.

I've been interested in muscle testing and other "Eastern" medical type things. Acupuncture, muscle testing, frequency stuff. I don't think he was referring to doctors and nurses who went to school and got a degree.

Do you filter the river water or boil it? I'm doing water kefir, milk kefir, kombucha, sourdough, yogurt. My guts feel really good. I also did fermented bell peppers and add those two some dishes also after cooking. Doing a little research I don't know if there is much extra bacteria I would get from nettle fermenting that isn't already in the others. I do add nettle to my "yard tea" that I make from about 15 different weeds in the yard. It has basically eliminated all my seasonal allergies. I'm working on adding a sourdough kvass ferment but I think my sour dough starter got contaminated so might need to start over. Have you tried just nettle tea or eating the tops raw?

We tried a neighbors for a while. I was freezing kefir with chia and flax and stevia sweetener. It was good. I was watching for one for a while on Facebook but then realized I'd rather just have it plain and sprinkle some granola on top. If I find a good deal on one(less than 50 for the deluxe) I would get one but can't justify new price.

I haven't heard this. Which study are you referring to? I've heard of Gall bladder issues and higher than recommended cholesterol and a detoxing affect that makes people break out or other weird things. I've only seen studies where type 2 diabetes is reversed with strict keto.

@nprofile…ncnc I made ghee for the first time. Had on setting 2 of 10 on stove top. I scooped off foam. Let sit and smelled like popcorn and then let sit some more and started to not smell as good. The bottom got a little darker than the photo. Any insight? Trust is important to build early. I try not to have a locked cabinet nor do i try to play the game of "im hiding this thing that I don't want you to have but if you find it that means you can play with it". I try to build trust with them. I will tell them that they can't have the candy and that I'm not hiding it from them but I am putting it slightly out of their reach so they have to think about it and remember that we talked about how they weren't going to eat it till the next time. I also try and have pretty frank discussions with them about alcohol and guns. The guns are locked up but we talk about how it's not that they can't use them, but we need to do it together until they can prove they have the knowledge to use it on their own. Same thing with the TV remote. If they aren't allowed to watch TV at a certain time, I'll put the remote in a different spot where they know where it is, but they know that when it's in that spot they need to do their chores first. It's not always effective, but it does lead to better discussions than the prey"hiding" and predator"seek and disobey"method. The determination and resilience is a very good thing but hopefully it can be directed in a healthy manner other than disrespectful manners. To each their own. Just something i try.

Not all mouse poisons are created equal. Some need three feedings over three days. Some mice have built up immunity. I bought some cheap and small live traps for red squirrels and chipmunks but they work amazing for mice. I just put a couple peanuts in them and leave them outside along a wall. I still have poison and mouse traps inside though. I think everything is under control now compared to when we moved in earlier this year.

Historically considered a cake I believe. We usually do in hot dish pans but we don't always do crusts so maybe ours is more considered an egg bake/hot dish. We do usually put down a layer of hash brown at the bottom after greasing the pan. That works a bit like a crust.

Yes. It's important to define what the intent is. If it's to be a good big game hunter or survival shooter or SWAT shooter then not relating on tools is important. Maybe acetone, or alcohol in a bag tied up tight around it to soak. Not sure if acetone will eat Ziploc. Can place mug and Ziploc in bigger container full of water to press liquid against outside of mug. Then after soaking take a razor and pick at the edges. Otherwise sand paper possibly but that might remove other glazing.

When you thought you were doing a good job using the good carbon filters to make your water healthier for you family and you boogered up the install. They wouldn't last long enough to bother adding them into olive oil at our house. I'm making my own yogurt in the bread maker I have and then straining through a Euro Cuisine Yogurt strainer. I have the larger one that I got used and it is awesome. I need to ensure the yogurt is fridge temp before adding to strainer or a lot will go through. Way easier than soggy cheese cloths and fits in the fridge well. My kids are going through about 2 quarts of yogurt a week. I use the whey in smoothies or the liquid in sourdough bread.
