so I can't recall if it's changed on macOS, but it's definitely inconsistent with the iOS experience, so maybe that's why I'm thinking that.
On iOS, it remembers if I stay on the Notifications page when swapping between accounts. Also on iOS, I do not have the issue with the Timeline moving down (showing newer posts) like a page+ at a time between profile swaps.
If the desktop worked just like mobile, it would be perfect.
If needed I can record both and show the differences.

@npub1lyn…ve6v Am I crazy or before on the macOS version of Ivory, if you:
1) swapped to 2nd profile
2) went to the Notifications view or any of the others on that profile
3) swapped back to 1st profile
4) swapped back to the 2nd profile, previously I swear it would remember to stay on Notifications (or whatever screen). Now it seems to ALWAYS revert back to Home/Timeline.
I used to do this to avoid the bug where the timeline keeps moving to newer posts (when you've left them unread) and swap profiles.

the benefit to oil no longer moving and things shutting down:
the environment gets a break.
Remember back when that first COVID lockdown stuff happened and some good climate/environmental trends happened? Could be that again or more..
Sucks for a lot of other reasons (economy, affordability) but the planet could use it. I just wish this shit (winding-down fossil fuel use) could ever be done responsibly or correctly. NOPE..
(also hope not just replaced w/RU oil)

I wish I had any confidence with when and where I should prune/deadhead my hydrangeas.
I have both "types" (one type keeps growing off the existing "wood", and the other grows new wood every year and doesn't really do much with the existing growth).
So much conflicting advice out there it seems.
The current flower heads are all spent and leaves dead at this point. I think that's the right time for ... one of these? Or maybe both? Some say to cut it way earlier :S

FINALLY got the remainder of the peonies and alliums (bulbs) planted.
Finally some good-enough weather, I didn't have other distractions, and @npub1csf…au7r helped dig all/most of the holes.
We shall see how much of that stuff actually grows or not. Should be pretty if it works. If not... well.. we tried.

would any damage or further issue happen if that nerve was pinched for too long? Or would it just bounce back?
I notice my recovery time is directly proportional to how long I pinched it. It seems. (But wonder if there’s diminishing returns. Or the opposite, it becomes unrecoverable)
Or would like bed sores on legs be a problem first. (Which would take a lil time..)

I wonder how long it would take to kill your leg(s) if you sat on a seat like that for too long. Like it pinches off the blood supply so long I have no control or feeling for like another few min, bracing myself on the counter to hold myself up on my noodle legs/feet.
Unless there’s enough blood going in other ways to somehow keep it going but I don’t know man..

It’s been a strenuous 2 weeks here. Ada so slowly started acting off, push comes to shove we get tests done and positive for lead intoxication. No not again! 😩 no clue how either, no escape from yard like prev. Wonder if car’s tires brings it in from road? Or just dug up ancient shit from yard, risk of living in built up old area.
Here’s her perched on haunches, and later sprawled in yard, and sitting in bin. Mate did surgery to clear gizzard but passed during recovery.

People keep talking about the price of eggs and I feel like that meme lady. (see attached).
Having hens that produce our eggs ... we may have to buy one or two dozen a year .. if that? at random times of yr/presidencies lol. So yeah most of the time our girls supply all the eggs we need. egg prices are just not something I ever track. They ranged in price and quality before anyway... all bets are off w/shortages. Any #PFSense / #OPNsense wizards out there?
Anyone ever see it where one's WAN interface randomly decides to become a private IP instead of proper public one?
This is like the 3-4th time over 2-3 years and it's really getting on my nerves. Rare enough for me to not dig in and fix, but common enough to where -> this must never happen again.
Maybe fault of AT&T gear? But would love to have pfsense re-check for IP if it ends up with a 192 somehow for WAN interface.

someone orchestrated this "blackhawk training flight at night" stunt in such an area w/such a target aircraft ("hey, only 60-70 dead instead of hitting a bigger plane with 150-300+") because FAA is also leaderless right now bc Elon told him to quit on the 20th before any real due-diligence etc can be done with normal replacement process.
This could give Trump leverage to declare some sort of emergency and new rule-making/applying authority, who knows. HOPE IT'S NOT THIS!

Probably depends on size of instance and how many are or willing to help take over? Or just spin it down and tell everyone to leave? Would be optimal to have a communication plan in place for such an event.
Such admins would also need registrar-level access / ability to assume too.

@npub1tnp…lr0f TrueNAS Core ran off FreeBSD and made Jails easy to setup/use, sadly iXsystems is going away from FreeBSD, Core sounds like it will get some final updates / support but the trend is moving away from them.
Netgate is announcing the same sorta thing with pfSense.
Used to be a BSD lover but it's hard w/ a license that allows companies to exploit it and then kick it to the curb when it's too hard to maintain / linux has been getting way faster/stable/secure w/way more attention on it.
