any time Carney acts against his election positions I will call it out.
I Do Not care if he welcomes wingnuts to the party so long as they are prevented from acting on their wingnut beliefs.
I fully support voters kicking them to the curb for being wingnuts in the first place.
If your mileage varies, that's fine, but I don't see MP's crossing over as some traitorous stain on his honor.
Don't worry. He's a politician. He'll step in it sooner or later.

Time to Educate Voters that if "it costs the government more to collect than the tax generates" you STRENGTHEN THE LAW AND THE TAX not scrap it.
Remember when Macleans blew the whistle on the Canada Revenue Agency telling auditors not to go after big companies with lawers who know they can get out of alleged wrongdoing if they make it costly to the government?
Make it costly on the rich, instead.

That's why I recommend friends and family buy one or two laptops NOW that they know can run Linux & google pixel phones that can run Android Open Source Project (AOSP) custom ROMs like grapheneOS.
In a year or two the glut of perfectly good laptops (dumped because of inane Windows 11 requirements) and Google Pixel phones (that will run AOSP without hardware blocks/sabotage) will dwindle and/or get more expensive.
Open source will save you money & open doors #bigtech is nailing shut.
