thought: in a sci-fi scenario with intelligent aliens, there would probably be some issues with color displays, since they take advantage of the specific way ours eyes work. colors could appear distorted (if the response doesn't line up), missing entirely (for those who can see UV and IR), or unmixed (in the case of organisms that take advantage of chromatic aberration)
