The best way is BARTER.
Plumber does 1hr work for an Electrician. The Electrician issues a paper he owns 1hr electrical work to the Plumber, but not exclusively on his name/premises.
Plumber takes the 1hr Electrician note to the local grocery shop and exchange it for various items with the shop owner.
