my 91yo mama lives alone in Seattle (likes it this way & gets upset when i visit) i’m on her checking account & created an email to get into her SSA. she has a cell she keeps in her pocket but doesn’t know (refuses to learn) messages. she has a home number she ignores as assumes they’re all scam calls. well, the email popped up (scammers) so i went on her SSA for shits&giggles.
she no longer gets her direct deposits since April 8 (i checked). she no longer gets her retirement benefits even though she worked 35yrs.
my knees gave way. a friend from church who is a neighbor & also retired is taking her to local SS office. they just decided she must be dead?
