I love the 3GoodThings hashtag on here, to encourage people to find at least three positive things to be grateful for each day. I often think about it but don’t always post 😅 Maybe being publicly grateful helps shift the mindset? I worry about it coming across as performative… (even though I never think it’s performative when other people post positives. Self-judgement is the harshest 😂)
