People in the US, roughly how many steps do you do on an average day?
I often hear about how unwalkable places in the US can be and how that forces people into a more sedentary lifestyle, or how shocked they are when they go to Europe and Japan and suddenly walk tons, but I have no frame of reference for the starting point and am curious 😅
