On a real note, though: Instagram didn't notify me of my post's deletion up until one hour ago where they told me they reviewed it and allowed it back online. This makes me believe one thing: it was automatically taken down, due to the number of reports or something of that kind, and a special system activated where an Instagram employee needed to confirm it going back online. Automated, or third party. Something that isn't Instagram or one of its representatives / employees per se. An automated algorithm. Very very thankful for Mastodon automatically telling you when something happened. The work of our moderators can be intransparent, yes! However, never so intransparent that the platform doesn't even have control over what post is deleted. #PissGate

I've been told by a couple of big accounts it sometimes takes days or weeks for you to be able to appeal a decision and there doesn't seem to be any reason for why this happens. Certain AI automated decisions cannot be appealed.

Das ist eine offensichtliche Gewaltandrohung. Das der User „Neinhorn” nun behauptet man dürfe kein Jude auf mastodon.social mehr sein und Ich hätte mich mit irgendjemanden verschworen um seine Pro-Israel Haltung zu unterdrücken ist lächerlich und gelogen. Wie viele Leute das verbreiten ohne irgendwas kritisch zu hinterfragen oder um Quellen bitten schockiert mich, ehrlich gesagt.
Ich habe nichts gemacht. Das User die anderen Gewalt androhen gesperrt werden ist gekonnte Moderation seitens mastodon.social. This morning, on February 2nd 2025 at 06:58 (GMT+1) I've received an E-Mail by Oracle stating “**Your Oracle Cloud account has been reactivated.**”
I couldn't believe my eyes and didn't really understand how to respond. At the point in time where I received this E-mail, my post regarding Oracle's mistreatment has already gathered thousands of shares and was also discussed heavily on Hacker News among other platforms.
My many pleas and requests from the past week didn't do anything. My GDPR request didn't do anything so far. But within a few hours of public complaints and **so many** people telling me to take this to court... I guess this was simply the easiest way.
I still don't fully understand the E-Mail I've gotten. It talks about an order about universal credits that occurred at 5:20 AM, where I've been cold asleep. When I login to Oracle Cloud, no such credits exist. Additionally, they don't show up when I look into the “Cost and Usage Reports” under my account management. Even more interesting are the dozens of files showing an account and server activity, with the calculated cost of it all, for a time period where my account was supposedly irreversibly deleted.
I'll share more interesting findings soon. I am honestly just shocked about this development. I would've expected many things except for a 180.

Das linke Bündnis **Nouveau Front Populaire** (NFP) hat jede Kandidatur in den Regionen aufgegeben in denen sie nur den dritten Platz bekommen haben, um die Stimme eindeutig Macron zu geben und nicht wegen der Gespaltenheit die Rechtsextremisten an die Macht zu lassen.
Macron's Ensemble-Partei hat noch nicht das gleiche getan in Regionen in denen sie lediglich den dritten Platz belegen, da sie insgesamt auf nationaler Ebene lediglich auf Platz 3 sind, doch fordert nun alle Wähler:Innen auf so zu stimmen, dass Le Pen nicht an die Macht kommt!
