I've made the decision that I am retired now, as in I'm never going to work for a paycheck again.
In the last 14 years I've probably only worked about 20% of the time anyway, thanks in large part to Bitcoin funding my lifestyle, but I am not going to have another boss in my life.

Not of significant strategic value against China. Keeping pretext to sanction Russian oil was the greater incentive. The mineral deal for Greenland secures important access to resources needed to maintain the war machine. Greenland was necessary after Biden pulled the military out of Afghanistan and let it fall to the Taliban, which shut the door on mineral exploration there. Greenland is closer to home and less of a liability but it will still take a decade or more to have any extraction at scale. In the meantime China has control of the majority of rare earth mineral supplies.
