I used to have a friend who designed medical instruments. You wouldn't believe how much regulation there is around those things, and how little of it is about keeping people safe.
Barriers to entry are a beautiful thing, if you are a giant multinational oligopolist.
The radiation dose from modern CT scans is trivial, comparable to an hour or two watching an old CRT monitor or TV. That's how they keep the power bills down, compared to the pre-digital era of exposing silver-chloride films.

I eat a big breakfast then I have a pint of kefir with fruit and then later in the day a bowl of yogurt with fruit. That is basically what I do everyday.
I have had most success with this method if you cover the ground with something to knock back the vegetation then seed. Not much luck just throwing seed at it.

I think it was the price of things and how unaffordable life is now. I told her about my health problems, specifically the stroke last month, and she told me about her cancer, we both were recently debt free and then medical shit happened, and saving anything is impossible. Fertile ground for orange pilling. If she hasn't started, I would've probably.
Also she's just as aware as any of us about how poisonous most food is. I thought that was notable, since she's a biologist.
