The way I see it is that they've already been doing it, so it's only right to do it back.
Someone brought up an excellent discussion point the other day, the Prisoners Dilemma Iterative.
The Prisoners Dilemma. 2 prisoners who can't communicate with each other. They have 2 options, to keep quiet or talk.
If both keep quiet, both prisoners will get 1 year sentences.
If they both talk, they will both get 3 year sentences.
But if one stays silent, while the other one talks, the one who talks walks free and the one who stayed quiet gets 5 years sentence.
If you choose to stay quiet, you run the risk of the biggest penalty, but would be the best outcome for you and the other prisoner. There's just no way to know what the other will choose, so talking has the highest reward.
The Prisoners Dilemma Iterative is the same game, but played on repeat. You know what the other side did last time. Let's say last time I stayed quiet and you talked. I got the biggest penalty, while you went free. Next round, I know the best move for both of us would be to stay quiet, but last time I stayed quiet, you talked. I'm not staying quiet this time.

They were probably aiming for the head. Head is a lot bigger than the neck. The impact is lower than the the drop at those distances though, so the shooter probably didn't have a DOPE card.

No one aims for the neck though. They were either aiming for the chest or head. Chest has all the vital organs, and head of course will kill.
Shooter was probably waiting for a clean head shot.
People get shot in the neck and survive. This shooter was lucky to hit the spine.
A conversation I had with a sniper way back when, he said he would aim for the medulla oblongata. A hit there would cause everything to seize. That's like center of the face if head on I think.

The nog survived. He's still in the hospital.
The altercation was because the skinhead accused the nog of stolen valor, and ripped a patch off his wheelchair. The nog pulled a knife and an airsoft gun on the skinhead. The skinhead fumbled around with his purse like he was looking for his lost keys, and blasted him.
This happened in Washington. It's not a typically gun friendly state, but they've got some fucked up stand your ground laws, and this might actually be self defense on their books.

pasteurization comes from bacteria falling off of infected teets getting into the milk.
Factory dairy plants have these cows hooked up to the machines way too long. They get open wounds and infections which spread to the milk. Also the animals stand around in their shit 24/7, that's where e. coli comes from. Pasteurization kills the bacteria.
Raw milk from your local dairy farmers that take care of their animals doesn't need pasteurization. You're not going to get sick if they take care of their animals and do it right.
I get raw milk when I can. There's quite a high demand for it around here, and sells out quickly.

Okay, that's what I do, kind of makes a gravy. I just add garlic, the other seasoning from the roast is enough. I use that better than bouillon and water. Sometimes, well most of the time, add mushrooms and soy sauce. All of that in reverse order.
Sautee mushrooms in butter, add soy sauce, add garlic, then drippings from the roast, add water and better than bouillon. Oh, and sometimes onion when I remember to get one from the store.

Little known fact, I used to be a US Army recruiter. I follow all the recruiting news and social media, just to see what's going on in the field.
The ASVAB, military entrance exam, results are categorized into 4 categories, with CAT IV being literally mentally retarded. The Air Force never lets anyone lower than a Cat II enlist. Well, until now.
Army and Navy are accepting Cat IVs, and Air Force is accepting Cat IIIs.
A Cat III in the Army was barely passing, someone who you did not want to work with. Low IQ, didn't understand instructions, not technically proficient. I know one of those who's a cop now 🙄
This is going to be glorious for future wars.
