Okay, that's what I do, kind of makes a gravy. I just add garlic, the other seasoning from the roast is enough. I use that better than bouillon and water. Sometimes, well most of the time, add mushrooms and soy sauce. All of that in reverse order.

Sautee mushrooms in butter, add soy sauce, add garlic, then drippings from the roast, add water and better than bouillon. Oh, and sometimes onion when I remember to get one from the store.
