My goal is not to *win* vs. the corporate silos (just yet). First, we have to coexist with them. Nobody just ditched MySpace for Facebook. They signed up for both, then slowly ditched MySpace for a better network.

Let's do the same thing. Give regular people enough of a reason to join another new site -- they do that all the time already.
