we do love to punch up our numbers in the "per capita" column, lolsob.

Our housing stock is on average very poor quality as well, drafty and damp, and even before the pandemic we had high rates of pulmonary diseases like asthma, bronchiectasis and rheumatic fever, esp in children, so I imagine Covid is providing an extra shove towards mortality for those 😔
