got linuxboot working! :)

tbh using linux as a bootloader makes a lot of sense. uboot and lk2nd is just duplicated effort. a linux distro with kexec tools can work too
benefits: linuxboot now shows the memory holes to mainline linux, something that lk2nd was lacking. can now boot from a sd card :). no more wearing down the emmc
