Let’s say people who jump the barriers in a subway station, identify them, and incrementally lower their score. They should have a harder time due to giving society a harder time.
Likewise somebody who does good deeds should be rewarded, being given discounts, favourable rates, access to areas others aren’t allowed.
We have so many things locked off from the public these days because the bad eggs ruin it, something becoming increasingly common. Good behaviour gives more access to places, bad behaviour gives less access. It’s a very elegant solution to a problem all too real.
Good scores allow for firearm ownership, bad scores the opposite. It’s perfect.
