Yep, I'd actually like something in the spec for the podcaster to be able to decide where the metadata goes, not just limited to a nostr relay. If the podcaster wants to send it to their own url for storing on their own database, and also to be able to rebroadcast it to several services including nostr, they could if they had their own server that received the data. I think this also future proofs metadata because nostr may not always be around.
