It might be nice to add this to the PC20 spec. Basically have something that lets the podcaster decide which relay(s) to post boosts to. That could also solve the private boost issue if podcasters have a way to direct boosts to a private relay.

I think right now the app decides which relay(s) it wants to post the boost to instead of the podcaster.
