Yes, our news media are basically propaganda for corporate Canada — always have been — rather than the neutral information source they pretend to be.
It would be interesting to hear an expanded version of what that reporter thought that "national narrative" is.
Too often we think of ourselves as the good guys despite our multinational extraction companies being as bad as anyone else's.
