I have never got to grips with big monitors and fancy window management. I have one 27" monitor and I have my laptop open next to it.
My window management keys:
- Move windows between monitors
- Maximise (not full-screen-mode, just take up the whole screen)
That's it. But with powerful app switching shortcuts to help.
