I'm not sure I see the difference between a mint and custodial lightning.
A mint is a layer that sits on top of lightning, works like lightning, but transactions happen within the mint?
Is a mint is akin to a bank building? When inside you can move money around within the bank for free. But if you need to move it to a different bank or withdraw it (to lightning) you pay a small fee.
Is the vision for hosting companies and apps to be their own mints?
