So youre saying it's illegal to kill human babies because adult humans have decided to defend that right. This is might makes right thinking, if the majority of human adults decide to allow killing and eating babies then the babies would have no rights to fall back on, there would be not moral argument from your perspective to argue against that, it would just be a preference over how to treat collective property
